Custom tea blend to help relieve some symptoms of restless legs and insomnia. Contains all natural organic herbs and no caffeine!!! Proprietary blend of of organic red rooibos tea, chamomile flower, Passion flower, spearmint, valerian root, oat straw green tops, organic tulsi blend, got kola and organic cherry abacus flower. Products contain NO THC.

Instructions: Fill tea filter with desired amount of herb blend and steep in boiling water to desired strength. As always, medicinal herbs aren't always tasty, so be sure to ass raw, organic honey to every cup AFTER cooling slightly as high temps destroy the good properties of honey!
